  • Team management:
    • Manage, train, guide subordinates do assignment and comply company regulations and process.
    • Plan business for team and manage team to meet target as planned
    • Propose benefit, promotion or other policies for subordinates based on their performance and capability
    • Propose solution and solve problems may occur during transaction process
  • Sales & Marketing activities:
    • Plan and implement Sales & MKT activities to meet business target
    • Cooperate with Research team to implement events, corporate access, Funds pitching programs
    • Send Market outlook, sector report, recommendations, updated business information, corporate events to Clients.
  • Customer Service:
    • Often catch up and develop relationship with clients to understand their demands and needs therefore to provide and propose suitable recommendation for clients
    • Build up and develop good relationship with Institutional clients.   
    • Categorize Clients to propose policies and services for Clients
  • Other assignments:
    • Assist Client doing transaction if required
    • Prepare Sales & MKT reports and other reports as required
    • Assist Supervisor for business plan, sales & MKT programs
    • Do other assignment as required

 

Yêu cầu chung:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, foreign economy, Securities, MBA or CFA will be preferable
  • Securities practicing certificate will be must
  • Minimum 3 years of manager level experience in securities sector
  • Good Sales & MKT experience at Securities Firms/ Funds
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English is a must
  • Core skills:
    • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication
    • Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, internet)
    • Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
    • High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations.
    • Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
    • Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
    • Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
    • Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
    • Strong numerical, verbal and technical skill base - particularly negotiation & selling
