Mô tả công việc:
- Execute transactions for Clients:
Receive orders and execute transaction as required by Clients and make sure all transaction be done quickly, exactly (price, volume, account, stocks,…)
- Contact the bank and get confirmation about amount in the transaction day and inform Client.
- Prepare transaction reports for Clients
- Remind client to complete transaction papers and documents in accordance with law and MBS regulation
- Customer Service
- Support and guide client to complete procedures to open account at MBS.
- Support and guide clients some matters regarding to transaction system and policies, services.
- Collect some market information and translate into English to support team preparing daily bulletin
- Other jobs
- Join to test new transaction system
- Prepare reports as required
- Comply with regulations regarding to professional assignment. Be responsible for any mistakes and risks which occurred by personally
- Do other assignment as required
Yêu cầu chung:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, foreign economy, Securities, MBA or CFA will be preferable
- Candidate who has Securities practicing certificate will be preferable
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in securities sector
- Good experience in brokerage and transaction orders execution for clients
- Proficiency in written and verbal English is a must
