Mô tả công việc:

• Execute transactions for Clients:

Receive orders and execute transaction as required by Clients and make sure all transaction be done quickly, exactly (price, volume, account, stocks,…)

– Contact the bank and get confirmation about amount in the transaction day and inform Client.

– Prepare transaction reports for Clients

– Remind client to complete transaction papers and documents in accordance with law and MBS regulation

• Customer Service

– Support and guide client to complete procedures to open account at MBS.

– Support and guide clients some matters regarding to transaction system and policies, services.

– Collect some market information and translate into English to support team preparing daily bulletin

• Other jobs

– Join to test new transaction system

– Prepare reports as required

– Comply with regulations regarding to professional assignment. Be responsible for any mistakes and risks which occurred by personally

– Do other assignment as required

Yêu cầu chung:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, foreign economy, Securities, MBA or CFA will be preferable
• Candidate who has Securities practicing certificate will be preferable
• Minimum 1 years of work experience in securities sector
• Good experience in brokerage and transaction orders execution for clients
• Proficiency in written and verbal English is a must
• Core skills:

• Good skill to execute transactions in system

• Develop good relationship with client and partners
