The General Terms and Conditions below are applied for all securities transaction accounts opened at MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS). Accordingly, Customers shall recognize that before signing the Application form for Account opening and Securities services at MBS, customers have been provided, read, fully understood, agreed, complied with and been bound under the Terms and Conditions of MBS applied for all securities account holders (as well as the revision, amendments of these Terms and Conditions implemented by MBS in each period of time), including: General Terms and Conditions, Other Terms and Conditions related to securities transaction accounts and specific services provided by MBS. The Customers also agree that, Terms and Conditions and other document on opening, using the transaction accounts, and using the services provided by MBS shall be valid, enforceable and binding as an agreement between Customers and MBS.
