Mô tả công việc:

• Remain and develop relationship with enterprises, institutions, organization, state agencies for investment banking business.
• Conduct and consult clients (enterprises) about products and services: Debt and Equity capital market, corporate financial restructure, M&A, State own disinvestment,  and other services
• Update circulars and laws relating to the investment banking activities
• Conduct to research, analyze, modeling, industry, business
• Complete other tasks assigned by management
• Report performance directly to the Head of IB department

Yêu cầu chung:

• Experience:
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position for securities companies, fund management companies, auditing companies and other financial institutions
• Experience in IB sales or client relation management for banks
• Good achievement in sales with cooperative clients and manage big brand name clients
• Qualifications: Bachelor of securities, economics, finance, banking, foreign trade in domestic and international universities
• Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of business and accounting operations of Vietnamese companies.
• Master the ethical standards related to ECM, DCM procedures.
• Computer usability: Moffice (words, excel, powerpoint, outlook,…)
• Skills:
• Good information collection, analysis, reporting and presentation skills
• Proficiency to independently analyze and evaluate corporate finance
• Dignity: Integrity; Independent thinking, Teamwork, professional working style, High working pressure, careful, meticulous
• English language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Other: Willing to travel.

Candidates those who have Master’s degree or PhD in Economics / Finance or CFA / CPA certificates will be much preferable
