The Onboarding Training Program for Employees Joining in 2022
On the afternoon of April 20, 2022, the Training & Internal Communication Department organized the “Onboarding Training Program for Employees Joining in 2022” at the MBS headquarters, combined with a teleconference with remote locations across the system. The program was attended by all employees who joined MBS from January 1 to April 20, 2022.
The training session aimed to provide an overview of MBS, introduce the company culture, internal regulations, and benefits policies. Through the program, employees had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the working environment and the company’s development direction, allowing them to quickly integrate and bond with the organization.
The program also saw active participation from employees, with many open discussions, contributions, and feedback. Individuals who provided excellent answers were awarded meaningful prizes by the organizing committee as a form of encouragement.
