Job Description:
-
Plan and organize the search and attraction of candidates; implement recruitment according to the process.
-
Build, manage, and develop recruitment channels and employer branding.
-
Manage and develop a pool of potential candidates; establish and expand partnerships with universities and educational institutions nationwide.

Build, adjust, amend, and supplement regulations, policies, and processes related to recruitment.
-
Implement onboarding procedures and introduce new employees.
-
Prepare regular reports and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
General Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting roles.

Proactive, responsible, and eager to progress; principled, cautious, and confidential; honest, enthusiastic, and able to work under high pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
-
Strong communication, presentation, independent working, planning, and organizational skills; skills in evaluation, relationship building, and development.

Good appearance. Proficient in English communication.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer candidates with experience in recruitment at financial, securities organizations.
