Job Description:
-
Develop business plans on the digital platform of the Unit based on the company’s long-term strategy and annual goals.
-
Search for and develop new customers through online channels, digital marketing, partners, etc.
-
Build & implement business policies and campaigns to boost customer transactions, thereby increasing the digital business market share.

Manage and take care of existing customers. Handle errors/issues/risks with digital customers.
-
Analyze, evaluate, and track data management & business performance.
-
Participate in training, team development, and other tasks as required by management.
General Requirements:
-
Over 3 years of experience in the securities/banking/finance industry.
-
Ability to think and do business based on data.
-
Good organizational, negotiation, and idea communication skills.
-
Strong logical thinking and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Securities Brokerage Certification.
-
Candidates with experience in financial organizations, securities, banking, fintech, digital marketing, or technology companies.

Experience in data-driven business development.
-
TOEIC 650 or higher.
