Position: Customer Management & Development Specialist (Digital Business Development)
Number of Openings: 3
Job Description:
-
Expand and acquire new clients via online channels, digital marketing, and strategic partners.
-
Propose and implement business initiatives and policies to drive customer trading and margin lending.
-
Execute sales campaigns in line with company strategies.
-
Implement marketing programs to support business growth.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
General Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Economics, Finance, Investment, or Business Administration.

Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
-
Ability to think strategically and implement data-driven business initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in sales roles at financial institutions, securities firms, banks, fintech companies, digital marketing agencies, or tech companies.

Knowledge of digital marketing, data-driven sales experience, and strong English skills are advantages.
