Job Description:
Capital & Liquidity Management
-
Conduct fundraising activities and develop products to support capital operations.
-
Prepare capital borrowing plans, liaise with banks regarding documentation and procedures to establish credit lines.
-
Implement the issuance of corporate bonds.
Proprietary Trading (Capital Trading)
-
Execute trading of valuable papers (including Government Bonds, Financial Institution Bonds, Certificates of Deposit/Deposit Contracts) and structured products.

Identify investment opportunities to maximize investment yields.
-
Advise and support the Unit Head on appropriate investment strategies tailored to each market phase.
Client Development & Reporting
-
Build and expand the client network.

Prepare reports related to departmental operations and perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
General Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher (full-time) in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Securities from accredited universities (domestic or international).

Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: liquidity management, debt management, trading of fixed-income securities, or derivatives at banks or securities firms.

Strong understanding of financial markets and financial instruments.
-
Skilled in analyzing and identifying profitable opportunities in fixed-income products and capital trading.

Ability to synthesize, analyze, and process data; capable of working independently and in teams; excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Professional appearance. Energetic, dynamic, and highly disciplined with a serious work attitude.
Preferences:
-
Experience in securities companies, investment funds, or large financial institutions is preferred.

Deep knowledge of the financial markets and instruments.
-
Candidates aged between 25–35 are preferred.
