The “Agile for Manager” Training Program – Equipping Flexible Management Thinking for Leadership Team
On May 6-7, 2022, MBS, in collaboration with the Agile Academy, organized the “Agile for Manager” training program for the management team of the Technology Division and representatives from level 1 and level 2 units at the headquarters.
The implementation partner, Agile Academy, is a pioneering institution in Agile transformation in Vietnam, with a team of founders who have extensive experience in developing modern working methodologies.
The course focuses on introducing an overview of the Agile philosophy, tools, and flexible management methods to quickly adapt to a changing environment. Through the program, participants are equipped with practical knowledge to apply Agile in project management, improve work efficiency, and enhance management capabilities in the digital transformation era.
Speaking at the event, CEO Trần Hải Hà emphasized the importance of changing mindset and enhancing adaptability in the context of digital transformation. He encouraged all MBS staff to proactively embrace change and apply modern management methods to work towards the goal of sustainable development and elevate MBS to become a leading enterprise in the market.
