MBS Enhances Training Activities and Continues Recruiting High-Potential Students
As part of its strategy to attract young talent and develop future human resources, MBS has been actively implementing training programs for interns and continuing its recruitment campaigns targeting high-potential students.
On September 14 and 18, the Human Resources Division, in collaboration with branches across the system, organized an intensive training program for nearly 80 brokerage interns. These students were selected through the “Talent Day 2024” event held at the University of Finance and Marketing (Ho Chi Minh City) and the “Financial Investment Analysis 2024” competition hosted by the Academy of Finance (Hanoi).
The training provided interns with opportunities to meet and learn from experienced professionals from the Research, HR, and Securities Services Divisions. The sessions introduced them to MBS’s vision, mission, corporate culture, and work environment. Interns also received foundational knowledge about MBS’s products and services, the stock market, and market analysis.
Following this, on September 20, the HR and IT Divisions co-organized a centralized interview session for students from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, applying for IT internship roles. MBS received internship applications from 100 students for positions such as Developers, BA-Testers, and Data Analysts/Engineers (DA-DE).
In the coming period, MBS plans to organize an additional workshop or company tour for selected interns to give them deeper insights into the company’s operations, work culture, and career opportunities at MBS.
