Customers can directly make securities transactions at MBS’s counter via mobile phones on Contact24, or via the Internet on Stock24.
1. Conduct transactions at exchange:
Customers, who are account holders or legal representatives only need to present their valid ID cards to MBS’s points-of-sales to conduct securities transactions.
2. Transactions via Contact24:
To conduct securities transactions on depository accounts, Customers implement the following tasks:
- Step 1: Make a phone call to Call Center 1900 9088, choose Extension 3.
- Step 2: Input account number and password via mobile phone.
- Step 3: Meet and give out placing order to the teller.
3. Transactions via Stock 24
To use this service, Customers need to register online transaction service Stock24. If this service has not been registered yet, please contact MBS for instructions.
