Documents to be provided by Customers:
1.1. Individuals:
- Valid ID card (not exceeding 15 years from the date of issuance for ID cards).
1.2. Organizations:
- Certified copy of incorporation license/business registration certificate.
- Certified copy of appointment decision of the legal representative.
- Copy of ID card of the legal representative.
- Original of power of attorney of the legal representative with certification from the organization.
- Copy of ID card of the authorized person.
- Other documents (if any).
2. Documents to be provided by MBS:
- Customer’s information request form (optional).
- Application for account opening and service registration.
- General Terms and Conditions (T&C).
- Other forms depending on each Customer and type of service registered.
