• 0.27 VND/ share, fund certificate,, covered warrant/ month;
• 0.18 VND/ corporate bond/ month, capped at 2,000,000 VND/ month/ corporate bond code;
• 0.14 VND/ government bond/ month, capped at 1,400,000 VND/ month/ government bond code.

2. Fund Transfer for Securities Sell Transactions:

0.3 VND/ security per transfer/ ticker symbol. Maximum: 300,000 VND/ transfer/ ticker symbol.

3. Off-Exchange Ownership Transfer:

• Transfer from MBS to another securities firm:

Applicable for founding shareholders under transfer restrictions per law, or transfers approved by competent authorities.

Fee: 0.2% of transaction value. Minimum 100,000 VND, plus any applicable money transfer fees.

• Transfer from another securities firm to MBS:

Same regulatory conditions as above.

Fee: 0.1% of transaction value
(Minimum VND 100,000, plus any applicable money transfer fees).

• Donation, gifting, inheritance of securities:

Applicable to cases excluding those between spouses; biological/adoptive parents and children; in-laws; grandparents and grandchildren; and siblings.

Fee: 0.2% of transaction value. Minimum 100,000 VND, plus any applicable money transfer fees.

• Transfer between two securities trading accounts at MBS:

Transferring party: 0.2% of transaction value. Minimum 100,000 VND.

Receiving party: 0.1% of transaction value.  Minimum 100,000 VND.

4. Blocking, Releasing & Monitoring Pledged Accounts/Assets:

Account functionality restriction at MBS: Free of charge.

Fees are collected by MBS on behalf of MB or the respective banks, based on the prevailing fee schedules of MB or the corresponding bank at the time of transfer.
