2. Shareholder List Finalization Date: All shareholders whose names are on the shareholder list as of February 26, 2024, are entitled to attend the 2024 Annual General Meeting. Shareholders who cannot attend the meeting may appoint a representative or authorize another person to attend the meeting on their behalf and exercise the rights and obligations of the authorized person

3. Main Content: Organization of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

Note: Based on the regulations approved at the 2023 Annual General Meeting, from 2024 onwards, MBS will prioritize sending notifications to shareholders (including meeting invitations, meeting materials, other notices…) electronically, based on the contact information registered by shareholders (including emails, text messages, or other appropriate methods as per the company’s regulations at the time). These notices will also be published on the company’s website and other legal information disclosure channels (if any).
