Notice of bond interest rates for MBSH2327001 for the 3rd and 4th interest calculation periods.

MB Securities Joint Stock Company respectfully announces to our valued investors the interest rate applicable to bond MBSH2327001 (securities code at VSDC: MBS12301) for the third and fourth interest calculation periods, as follows:

  • Reference Interest Rate Determination Date: 20/11/2024.

  • Reference Interest Rate: This is the 12-month personal savings deposit interest rate in Vietnamese dong (VND), with interest paid at maturity, as published by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBB) on its official website as of the reference date. The reference rate is adjusted once annually from the issuance date.

Accordingly, MB Securities Joint Stock Company announces that the interest rate for:

  • Third Interest Period: From (and including) November 21, 2024 to (but excluding) May 21, 2025, and

  • Fourth Interest Period: From (and including) May 21, 2025 to (but excluding) November 21, 2025, is 7.3% per annum (Seven point three percent per annum).
